The club is spread over two floors and has a wide range of the latest Technogym equipment. All the touch-screen fitness equipment is fitted with personal entertainments so you can choose what t.v. programmes you watch or what music you listen to while you exercise. We have an exercise studio where you can participate in a variety of group classes ranging from low impact Pilates to high impact Aerobics. After exercising you can relax in our single-sex steam rooms or take a shower in the luxurious changing rooms with complimentary shower gel. Of course all the fitness advice you need is available as part of your membership and you can meet with a trainer any time you like to discuss your progress. We also have sunbeds, a power plate and much more.
