Our unique 30 minute air resistent workout involves only gentle exercise, no sweating or any need to re-apply your make-up or adjust your hair! Also we have a friendly and welcoming Therapy suite not only can you keep fit and healthy you can unwindre-energize and spoil yourself with our wide range of professional treatments. We are also a main supplier for dermalogica. Non members are welcome to use our beauty therapy suite. All members receive a 10% discount.
