Gymophobics Bury St Edmunds

Gymophobics Bury St Edmunds is located near the busy town centre opposite St Johns church hall. We have two circuits and it is a ladies only facility aimed at all ages and levels of fitness, with our motto being “hate gyms, love gymophobics”. All fully trained staff are female and selected for their caring and helpful attitude. They are always on circuit and available to assist, motivate and encourage ladies to achieve their goals. As well as inch and weight loss, there are many health benefits from our type of exercise, and many ladies have seen improvements in ailments like hypertension, diabetes, arthritis etc. We offer a 30 minute workout as you move from station to station by a buzzer and traffic lights system.
