Gymophobics Hanley is located in the very busy Fountain Square in the centre of Hanley, next to the Old French Horn pub (now called the Metro Bar). We are opposite Lloyds TSB and above Chatwins Bakeries. We have two circuits and it is a lovely ladies only facility aimed at all ages and levels of fitness, with our motto being "Hate gyms, LOVE Gymophobics!". All of our fully trained female staff have been selected for their caring and helpful attitude. They are always on circuit and available to assist, motivate and encourage our members to achieve their goals. We offer a 30 minute all over body workout and also can give great help with weight loss and healthy eating if required. As well as inch and weight loss and improvement in general fitness, there are fantastic health benefits from our type of exercise, and many ladies have seen improvements in problems such as arthritis, back pain, hypertension and diabetes.
