The LFW 30 Minute Workout is group exercise at its best. The 30 minute workout is designed to give a total body workout for all ages, sizes and fitness levels, combining muscle toning and aerobic exercise – the best possible combination. The workout comprises of a cardiovascular circuit which uses 9 hydraulic resistance machines and 9 in-between stations i.e. jogging squares. You spend 30 seconds on each piece of equipment and complete 3 circuits in total finishing with a stretching routine. What's really great about the workout is that you perform all 5 components of exercise in just 30 minutes: * Warm up * Cardio-vascular * Resistance * Cool down * Stretching The equipment is easy to use and requires no co-ordination. There is always an instructor on hand to motivate and help with your workout; anyone at any fitness level can use the equipment as it automatically adjusts to the fitness level of the user by speed of movement. As the equipment uses a double positive movement this eliminates muscle soreness which means you will not end up with huge muscles. The workout can also be tailored to each individual's needs to achieve great results and avoid boredom. In fact, the 30 minutes you spend at LFW will probably be the fastest and most rewarding of your day. Just 30 minutes 3 times a week and you'll see amazing results!!
