Exercise is a funny thing. Once you get into it, you want to do it all the time. Now that could be down to the endorphins, or it could be due to our spectacular new gym. Perhaps it's a bit of both. Part of an elaborate refurbishment programme, our new health club is a wonderful environment to work out in, with plenty of little details to enjoy, like the changing rooms and showers. The gym itself is a fitness mecca, with row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. If you're not sure how to work them, don't run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our on-site fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that fit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.
In our super duper exercise studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline body pump to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.
Don't fancy the gym today! then how about a leisurely swim in our indoor heated pool. Try 25 lengths followed by a delicious cappuccino whilst catching up with friends.
Whatever your goals, our team of fitness gurus and relaxation fairies are on hand to help you recharge your batteries. However it's also worth considering doing nothing at all. Visit the haven of serenity we call our spa and find a different pace of life.
