Exercise is a funny thing. Once you get into it, you want to do it all the time. Now that could be down to the endorphins, or it could be due to our spectacular gym. Perhaps it's a bit of both.One thing's for sure though: A work out here is a lot more pleasant than it is in a rushed half hour session after the 9 to 5 at home.

All our equipment has any number of settings and levels to help you fine tune your workout so you don't inadvertently overdo things. Clever stuff.

After which you might like to like to hone your racing turns with a few lengths of our heated indoor pool. Then, when you feel like you've honoured your obligations to the body beautiful, you can relax, lie back and do… well, nothing at all.

Don't fancy the gym today! then how about a leisurely swim in our indoor heated pool. Try 25 lengths followed by a delicious cappuccino whilst catching up with friends.
