You can even get a full and frank fitness assessment from one of our personal trainers. Brace yourself though… they tell it as they see it! The good news though is that they'll devise a personal workout plan on the back of it that you can use to work towards your very own fitness goals.

In our super duper exercise studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.

Don't fancy the gym today! then how about a leisurely swim in our indoor heated pool. Try 25 lengths followed by a delicious cappuccino whilst catching up with friends.

Whatever your goals, our team of fitness gurus and relaxation fairies are on hand to help you recharge your batteries.
