Fitness fanatics will find our gym is their spiritual home. Our advanced Technogym equipment remembers your personal settings to help you achieve exercise utopia and give you a full body work out. If you're not sure how to work them, don't run away (though that would be good exercise too); just ask one of our fitness gurus to show you how they work and help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout. Don't be surprised though if Dave takes you through the programme alphabetically. He's very thorough like that.
In our super duper dance studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline body pump to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation.
