Exercise is a funny thing. Once you get into it, you want to do it all the time. Now that could be down to the endorphins, or it could be due to our spectacular gym. Perhaps it's a bit of both. This fitness Mecca has row after row of whizzy high-tech exercise machines. If you're not sure how to work them, don't run away (thought that would be good exercise too!); just ask one of our fitness gurus to show you how they work. They'll help you find the programmes that suit your level of fitness and your goals; be it strength training, cardio fitness, calorie burning or a gentle workout.
In our super duper dance studio, you can join in with a wide choice of classes from high adrenaline body pump to gentle toning and relaxation, with friendly and highly trained instructors guiding you through the moves and boosting your energy and motivation. You can also join in with a class in our spinning studio and take a dip in our pool; just not all at once.
Whatever your goals, our team of fitness gurus and relaxation fairies are on hand to help you recharge your batteries. However it's also worth considering doing nothing at all. Visit the haven of serenity we call our spa and find a different pace of life.
